Plainton lights reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Products & Specifications

All products listed on Plainton lights are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, technical specifications, dimensions, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Enquiries & Custom Orders

When you submit a product enquiry or custom lighting request, our team will provide detailed spatial consultation, formal quotations, and delivery timelines based on your architectural requirements.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer pan-India shipping for all confirmed orders. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are coordinated directly with your project schedule.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at crm@srlites.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Products with visible signs of use or installation
• Products returned without original packaging

6. Warranty

All SPARC lighting products come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering electrical components and finish defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographic evidence before processing the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics - is the intellectual property of Plainton lights Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plainton lights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or products purchased through it. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
